Hi, I would like to request an information regarding direct hire. Is it true that POEA limits only 5 employees in one company for direct hires? If so, what are the other possible ways if the company hires more than 5 employees and what are the requirements? Are there anyways in which POEA considers if a company hires 6 employees? That is our case now. We are 6 employees hired by DTP Education Solutions in Vietnam as an English Teachers.

In addition to my first inquiry POEA's memo stated on Exemption from Direct Hiring Ban (please see below) 

1. Is there any way you can further elaborate
this? 
2. When can we determine if we are hired as a group or an individual. We (3 of us, me and my 2 neighbors-same location) are both hired by the same company and there are other 3 hired in different provinces. We (the 3 of us, me and my 2 neighbors in same location) do we count as one as per POEA memo stated?

Professionals and skilled workers with duly executed/authenticated contracts containing terms and conditions over and above the standards set by the POEA. The number of professional and skilled Overseas Filipino Workers hired for the first time by the employer shall not exceed five (5). For the purpose of determining the number, workers hired as a group shall be counted as one;
