Maari po bang mag inquire regarding direct hire ng Filipino?  May limit po ba ng 5 na Filipino for direct hire? As background po, Managerial postion po sa isang international bank ang inapplyan ko. Ngunit, hindi raw sila makapag-hire pa ng isang Filipino dahil 5 na raw ang Filipino sa Japan branch.

Dahil po international bank at malaking company, mahaba at mahirap po ang proseso para mag-hire through manpower agency. Dahil po dito, nawawalan po ako ng opportunity na makapagtrabaho. May iba po bang paraan or may room for consideration dito?
