Hi good day
Im Jean Flores Mendoza working in singapore as domestic Helper. Tanong ko lang po anong dapat kung gawin para ma e clear ko yun pangalan ko. November 10 kukuha sana akong oec pero ang naka lagay ofw- adjudication watchlisted.Pa help po anong dapat gawin para clear pangalan ko. marami pong salamat sa sagot.

You asked for Oec- Ofw adjudication watchlisted.
Response to Request
Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), including seafarers, may be included in the POEA Watchlist by reason of a Disciplinary Action Case, a Warrant of Arrest, or a Hold Departure Order. A Disciplinary Action Case may be filed against an OFW pursuant to 2016 POEA Rules. However, as part of our control measures, OFWs and seafarers bearing the same name as that of watchlisted individuals need to secure clearance from the Docket and Enforcement Division (DED) before they can participate in the overseas employment program of the Administration.
Pursuant to our current citizen's charter, if you merely has the same name as the one included in the watchlist, you must submit the following documents to DED in order to secure the necessary clearance in order to proceed with the processing of his pertinent oversea_s doc um ents, to wit:
1) One copy of original request for processing (RPS) form, or the original Balik-Mang gagawa Clearance Request Form if he is a returning OFW
2) Any valid Government-issued ID;
3) Present the following:
- If same name of person as the one incl ud ed in the watchlist by reason of POEA Case, an Affidavit of Denial;
If same name of person as the one included in the watchlist by reason of Warrant of Arrest or Hold Departure Order, require Affidavit of Denial, Court Clearance, NBI Clearance;
