Good day!
I am Reyna Mera Apao, a caregiver applicant under Home Child Care Provider, I just want to clarify if do I need to process an OEC?

I don’t have a contract to my employer,just a job offer because I am an Open Work Permit holder bridging to Permanent Residency in Canada. Thank you for your kind consideration.
