Good Afternoon! 

I would like to request a time series data set on the number of deployed seafarers per month from 2016 to 2021 for my undergraduate thesis. My thesis focuses on the effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Seafarers and their deployment & remittances. This data set would help me create an economic situationer explaining the pandemic's effect on Filipino seafarers.
