Hi! I am a 4th year law student from San Beda University. I would like to ask for a copy of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. No. 11641 or the Department of Migrant Workers. My professor in Labor Law Review gave us a project which is to make discuss the salient features of R.A. No. 11641 as well as its IRR to be submitted on or before Dec. 2, 2022. I cannot seem to find the IRR on the internet that's why I am making this request. I would very much appreciate your swift and favorable response. Thank you.
