This is in relation to the Manual on Freedom of Information approved by the PPSC on May 19, 2017.

Under Section 3(1) of the Manual, the PPSC obligated itself to "regularly publish, print and disseminate, x x x, timely, true, accurate, and updated basic and essential information". I am researching on a "description of its x x x functions, duties and decision-making process" as stated in item "a" to be used as a reference for a planned PPP with RTC2. Can you provide me a document that outlines the offices of the PPSC and the approval process involving a training center such as RTC2?
