Thank you for your request dated February 2, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for the copy of the Local Ordinances containing the PPP/ Joint Venture Codes of the following LGUs:
1. Pasig City;
2. Baguio City;
3. Calamba City; and
4. General Trias City

Response to your request
Your request is partially approved.

While our aim is to provide complete information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not have the full information you have requested. Of the four copies of local ordinances you requested, only two are currently with the PPP Center, namely:
1. Baguio City P4 Code (Ordinance No. 61, series of 2017) approved on June 19, 2017; and
2. Pasig City LGU P4 Code (Ordinance No. 25, series of 2016) approved on October 27, 2016

Please see the attached PDF files of the abovementioned ordinances. We note, however, that only LGU Baguio City and LGU Pasig City could provide you with copies that verified as latest / true and correct ordinances. Should you wish to seek the true copy of these ordinances, you may contact:
