You asked for the Memorandum of Agreement between the Local Government of Cebu City and Megawide for their joint venture agreement for the Cebu Public Market development.

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we are unable to provide you with the requested document. We suggest that you reach the Local Government of Cebu City as they are the owner of the MOA. They will be in the best position to provide you with the requested document.
