I would like to verify whether PPP expenditures are included in Figure 1 of the following publication from Congress https://cpbrd.congress.gov.ph/images/PDF%20Attachments/Facts%20in%20Figures/FF2021-30_Pub_Infra_Expenditure.pdf

Moreover, I would like to request for data on PPP expenditures for infrastructure from 2010 to 2020 to help us identify the total infra expenditures in the Philippines.

You asked for data on PPP expenditures for infrastructure from 2010 to 2020.

Response to your request

Your FOI request is denied. Please note that your request falls under the Updated Inventory of Exceptions to the Right to Access Information under Executive Order No. 2 series of 2016, (Memorandum Circular No. 89, September 13, 2021), specifically, 9.d. lists, abstracts, summaries of information requested when such lists, abstracts, or summaries are not part of the duties of the government office requested.

Further, the PPP Center does not maintain a list or summary of information regarding infrastructure spending / expenditure attributable to PPPs. Thus, we refer you to the concerned implementing agencies, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) or the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) as they are in the best position to answer your query.
