You asked for a copy of the PPP Ordinances of Cebu City from 2022 to 2023.

Response to your request
Your FOI request is partially approved.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, the PPP Center only has a copy of Cebu City’s Joint Venture (JV) Code which was signed on October 3, 2008. Attached is a copy of the same, for your reference.

We are uncertain if Cebu City has recently enacted other PPP-related ordinances or an amended version of their JV Code, as our efforts in validating the same are ongoing. We note further that only Cebu City could provide you with a copy of their JV Code that is verified as latest / true and correct
ordinance.
