1) PPP projects relevant to information technology 

2) Is there a PHILGEPS (or any equivalent) platform where PPP projects are regularly posted and updated so we can check if we can bid?

3) How can we participate in a PPP project as a tech provider?

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 26, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for the following information:
1. PPP projects relevant to information technology;
2. Philgeps platform where PPP projects are regularly posted and updated so we can check if we can bid; and
3. How can we participate in a PPP project as a technical provider?


Response to your request
Your request is approved.
1. PPPC’s current pipeline has two projects classified under ICT: Road Transportation Technology Infrastructure Project Phase II (for approval) and Philippine Automatic Fare Collections (under conceptualization). For further information on the projects, you may visit https://ppp.gov.ph/list-of-projects/.

2. Please be advised that pursuant to the Revised 2022 Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Build-Operate-Transfer Law, PPP projects are not required to be posted in Philgeps.

3. To participate in the PPP projects as technical service provider, all PPP projects require competitive selection/ bidding process wherein interested qualified private sector participants may join. You may check the PPP Center website (www.ppp.gov.ph) to keep you informed on projects for procurement. You can also connect directly with other prospective bidders to offer
your services.

Your right to request review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Executive Director. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 working days from
the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 working days from the date we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the Secretary of the National Economic and Development Authority and thereafter, to the Office of the President pursuant to Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
