You requested for a copy of the PPP Ordinance, specifically in agriculture development, for the province of Claveria, Misamis Oriental.

Response to your request
Your FOI request is denied. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, the PPP Center does not have a copy of the said PPP Ordinance. Nevertheless, we refer you to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Claveria, Misamis Oriental as they are in the best position to provide you with the information you are requesting for.
