You asked for a copy of the Concession Agreements of the following infrastructure projects:

2. Clark International Airport

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we are unable to provide the information you have requested pursuant to DOJ Opinion No. 26 (2017), which states that it is the implementing agency of the PPP project that should decide which parts of the PPP contract can be published and which section therein contains classified or privileged information that should remain confidential.
