Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated January 17, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for information on the following:
1. List of PPP Multi-Purpose Center projects in the Philippines;
2. List of PPP Evacuation/ Disaster Center projects in the Philippines; and
3. Financial/ Funding details of those projects including ROI of applicable

Response to your request
We have reviewed our list of PPP projects in the pipeline as well as the database of awarded PPP projects as of December 31, 2022, however, we note that there are no multi-purpose center and evacuation/disaster center PPP projects in our database.

Kindly note, however, that the database of awarded PPP projects does not cover all actual awarded PPP projects in the country, as the PPP Center’s efforts to validate the same are ongoing (through contract review, coordination with implementing agencies, and project site visits).

Your right to request review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Executive Director. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 working days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 working days from the date we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the Secretary of the National Economic and Development Authority and thereafter, to the Office of the President pursuant to Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
