You asked for information on private companies that are eligible to participate in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), particularly those aligned with the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) framework within the Health Sector.

Response to your request
The eligibility requirements for private companies to participate in the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) are indicated in Section 5.4 of the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) and the Revised 2022 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Executive Director.
