You asked for copies of the contracts for the following PPP projects:
1. Database Infrastructure and Information Technology System; and
2. Land Titling Computerization Project (LTCP).

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide the documents you have requested pursuant to DOJ Opinion No. 26 (2017), which prohibits the PPP Center from publishing or otherwise distributing PPP contracts and/or portions thereof.
