GOOD DAY, MY CITY OF ORMOC SIGNED A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT REPRESENTED BY MAYOR RICHARD GOMEZ AND PPP CENTER SIGNED BY MR. FERDINAND A. PECSON ON SEPTEMBER 4, 2019 THAT PERTAINS TO PPP PROJECTS THAT MAYBE BENEFICIAL TO THE CITY. I NEED TO HAVE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE AGREEMENT.

You asked for a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Public-Private Partnership Center and the City Government of Ormoc.

Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. Enclosed herewith is a copy of the said MOA. Should you have further inquiries regarding the MOA, you may directly contact the City Legal Office of Ormoc through Atty. Josephine A. Mejia-Romero at jamromero.ormoc@gmail.com.
