Your FOI request is approved. Enclosed herewith is the Updated Status of PPP projects as of February 2022, with the requested details. Also, we wish to inform you that the enclosed list is regularly updated and is likewise available in our website (https://ppp.gov.ph/list-of-projects/).
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the PPP Center’s Office of the Executive Director. Thank you so much for the assistance. However, I would also like to know the previous projects from 2009 (completed or ongoing) and not just as of February 2022. Is it possible to furnish us with the data from 2009?
