Your request
You asked for the list of PPP projects in the health sector which includes the following information:
1. type of contract;
2. year of agreement/ signing of contract;
3. accomplishment status; and
4. contract amount.

Response to your request
Your request is approved. Attached is the list and status of PPP projects in the health sector as of May 31, 2022. Kindly note that updates for June 2022 are not yet available.

You may likewise seek further relevant information directly from the implementing agencies indicated on the attached list, through the FOI portal.


Your right to request review 
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Executive Director. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 working days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result
within 30 working days from the date we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the Secretary of the National Economic and Development Authority and thereafter, to the Office of the President pursuant to Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
