Thank you for your request dated March 27, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for copies of the PPP contracts with Cebu City that is available to the public.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we are unable to provide you with copies of contracts for the PPP projects of Cebu City. Pursuant to the DOJ Opinion No. 26 (2017), the PPP Center is prohibited from publishing or otherwise distributing PPP contracts and/or portions thereof, as these are owned by the implementing agencies. 

Alternatively, we can provide you with a list of PPP projects of Cebu City and their respective implementing agencies, for your reference. Kindly note that this list of awarded PPP projects does not yet cover all the actual awarded PPP projects of Cebu City, as the PPP Center’s efforts to validate the same are ongoing.
