You asked for a list of unsolicited proposals under the BOT law that were granted incentives, including tax / holiday incentives, upon registration with the 
Board of Investments (BOI).

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, the PPP Center does not have information on PPP projects which applied for incentives before the BOI. We wish to refer you instead to the BOI. You may contact them through the following:

Your right to request review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Executive Director.
