Hi! 

I am Bryan Madera, a student at the UP Open University in a Diploma in Land Use Planning program. I would like to request details and information Caticlan Airport (MPH) Development Project especially its legal implementation, project development maps, financial feasibility, economic viability, environmental assessment/implications, related laws, NOA, and other documents pertinent to the project.  The data will be used for my research paper on a particular PPP project in the Philippines.  I am hoping for your favorable and swift response.
