Thank you for your request dated October 17, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for (1) list of local water districts that have entered joint venture agreements with Primewater including year when the agreement was signed; and (2) list of local water districts that are currently in the process of inking joint venture agreements with Primewater.

Response to your request
Your FOI request is partially granted. The list of water districts with ongoing joint venture agreement with Primewater Infrastructure Corporation is attached as Annex A on this letter.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, the PPP Center is not in the position to disclose the information on the year when the joint venture agreements between water districts and Primewater Infrastructure Corporation were signed. We wish to refer you instead to directly coordinate with implementing agencies of each project listed in Annex A.

We also do not have a list of local water districts that are currently in the process of inking joint venture agreements with Primewater as we have limited interaction with these water districts during development and negotiation stage of project.


Your right to request review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Executive Director.
