You asked for the latest information and developments on the UPLB Agro-Industrial Park and Information Technology Park project.

Response to your request
Your FOI request is approved.

The UPLB Agro-Industrial Park and Information Technology Park Project is a solicited PPP project undertaken by the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Its transaction advisory requirements, including feasibility study preparation and assistance until successful financial close of the project, are supported through the Project Development Monitoring Facility managed by the PPP Center.

As of to date, the Project is still in the final stages of completing the Feasibility study stage with the Implementing Agency currently preparing all requirements for submission of the Project to the Approving Bodies. Once the Project has been approved by the Approving Bodies, the project will formally launch for competitive selection. Your right to request review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Executive Director. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 working days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 working days from the date we receive your review request.
