Good day!

I would only like to ask if there exists a new/updated file of the previous 2019 PRRC Water Hyacinth Control Guidelines
In line with my architecture thesis, I'd also like to ask of the following data:

1.) Seasonal/monthly volume of Water Hyacinth (during rainy and dry seasons)

2.) Needed/Required Water Hyacinth Harvester Boats to sufficiently control water Hyacinth

3.) Latest Waste/trash volume in Pasig River

3.) Equipment, space allocation/design requirements for Water Hyacinth processing for Handicrafts/charcoal briquettes

4.) Source location of Water Hyacinth growth
