I would like to know if there are available photos of the current condition of the Pasig-Marikina River, and if there are existing project plans regarding its rehabilitation.

You asked for Current condition of the Pasig-Marikina River. 

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I have attached the photos for your perusal.

Also, the Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission has proposed a Marikina esplanade development project but it is still under approval.
