1.	Regulations pertaining to environment and pollution, e.g., particularly bridge construction in Pasig River, barge passage, etc.

2.	Current River Traffic Usage (per vessel / barge on cargo tonnage  per Day / Month / Year), e.g., Manila Port to Lambingan & Guadalupe Bridges
