Good day! 

My name is Ian Jade Samonte Pagtalunan. I am a graduate of the ALS back in 2019. From Betis High school Guagua Pampanga. I would like to request for a Certified Original Copy of my ALS Diploma as I have misplaced my original copy. I am requesting for another original one because I am applying for a job this coming week. I would be willing to pay any extra charges for this.
