I am a 4th year architecture student from PUP-Manila currently searching for an architectural thesis proposal I am interested in. As a student with much passion & curiosity in Philippine clothing, fashion, and textile, it would be an honor for me to design and develop a Regional Philippine Textile and Research Institute, however to justify our proposals we must first verify to the agencies involved in this proposal the ff:

1. Are there any future plans and development for a possible Regional Philippine Textile and Research Institute in our country?

2. If so, any proposed region or site?
