Your FOI request is approved. I enclose DOST-PTRI's Philippine Textiles e-portal. https://philippinetextiles.com/natdye/index.php?pge=3&subpge=2] for the information you requested. The portal contains the list of handloom weavers and natural dyers across the country and their contact information. DOST-PTRI is continuously building contents to update the information on the portal.
