You may want to coordinate with the Philippine Fashion Coalition or other Fashion Design Organization to acquire data on their membership. You may also reach out with the Philippine Statistics Authority and the Department of Trade and Industry to get national ang regional data at https://www.dti.gov.ph/ or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph.
