While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. We do not have on-hand data on yarn supply and demand in the Philippines. Desk research using online search will lead you to trade data such as imports and exports. You may reach out to the Philippine Statistics Authority. However, you may wish to contact Philippine Statistics Authority at https://psa.gov.ph/, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/.
