Hi good day! I read the request of an Interior designer student regarding asking for a floorplan of the main building. I, a 5th year architecture student from Bulacan State university would also like to ask floor plan of the Innovation Center for Yarn and Textile. This would be a great help in our thesis which helps uplifting the cotton industry and inabel weaving in Ilocos.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance We do not provide floor plans of our facilities for security and confidentiality reasons. You may look for basic yarn spinning layout available online for the purpose of your project. You may resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Julius L. Leaño, Jr., Ph.D., at ptri.records@ptri.dost.gov.ph.
