I am in my first year of my Masters's in Research and Development & Management and part of my assignment is to choose one R&D organization to be the focus of my study.

May I request that you send me your institutional brochure, particularly information on your organizational structure, mandate, and functions? 

Which of the support system assumed line and staff functions?
