Hi! I am kindly requesting the following regards:

What aspect does the Municipality of Pura experience challenges in the execution of its Comprehensive Development Plan?
Additionally, I would also like to ask if the copy of the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) of the Municipality of Pura is available for public use. If yes, may I ask where I can get access to the copy of it? If not, where can I address the letter of permission to get access to the CDP for academic purposes?
