Good day, May I know what are the requirements for claiming an old age pension? My father was an ex-pfc of PA honorable discharged from military service upon his term of enlistment expired year of 1980.(1974-1980) He is turning 71 years old this year but never benefited the so called old age pension since he turned 65. He is old and a stroke survivor, my father is asking me to process on his behalf his benefits. I am really hoping that someone can help me with this the soonest. Thank you!
