Hi I would like to request an information regarding the:

Personal information or copy of data's you have about Francisco Balimbin who was a Philippine Veteran who passed away November 10, 2008.

I am his family, and we don't have any information about him, I would also ask for a photo if you have. I am his Grand granddaughter who doesn't have any information about him.

This request is all about research on our family heritage
