I refer to my letter of Jun 02, 2022 01:50:23 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Discharge order of 1982.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Could you provide us the details of your grandfather full name/ Place of residence? Please take note that discharge papers are not provided by our agency, unless he is registered as PVAO Pensioner and we have the documents you're looking for. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 28, 2022 12:50:39 AM, your request will be closed.
