Good day Ma'am Chief Persida R. Acosta
I hope that my father will be able to pardon and parole those who have been released from New Bilibid Prison. he is Ramon A. Monterde 73 years old , 22 years 8 months 18 days prison no. N206P-3251. I'm begging for my father to be released because he can't see well anymore and we still want to take care of our father. He is a good father, even though he never abandoned us when we were young, we just blamed him at that time and because of the hardships of our lives, we didn't do anything, so now we want to make up for it and at least take
