You asked for "For Parole and Probation of my Brother".

Response to your request

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not have the information you requested.

For parole, you may wish to contact the Board of Pardons and Parole regarding approval of your petition. You may call them at telephone numbers (02) 8927-2688 or 8927-8391. You can also email them at bpp.doj@gmail.com and bpp@doj.gov.ph

For probation, please contact the trial court where you submitted your petition for probation. But if you wish to follow up on the status of the post-sentence investigation, please contact the probation office ordered by the court to conduct the investigation. 

Your right to request a review
