Response to your request While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not have the information you requested. Furthermore, probation is different from parole. For information, we invite you to read the IEC material on probation, parole, and executive clemency available on our website. But if you wish to follow up on the status of the post-sentence investigation, please contact the probation office ordered by the court to conduct the investigation.
