Good Day,
May I please request for a full copy of Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2022 issued by the Parole and Probation Administration regarding the Guidance on the Termination or Completion of Probation.
We are seeking to understand your office's position on the issue as to whether or not completion / termination of probation clears a person's criminal records with respect to the crime for which said person sought probation. This is to provide better legal advice to our clients at the Public Attorney's Office of Porac, Pampanga, District Office. Thank you.
