Hi! We would like to request for a copy of the MOA, between  PPA, NBI -  Clearance Section/PNP about the privilege of having the criminal record concealed after completion of probation. We are legal interns of Humanitarian Legal Assistance Foundation, Incorporated  (HLAF),  and we would like to address inquiries, with the assistance of our supervising lawyers,  on the existence of this agreement since this information would surely benefit those who have followed the terms and conditions of their probation.
