I am Reagan Senoron. I am currently based in Switzerland. I have an FB page called Ambag Bayan which is now disabled. I uploaded this video https://www.facebook.com/manilabulletin/videos/265943667384384/ in my page around September,2018.  Manila Bulletin reported it which caused my page being disabled.
Manila Bulletin said, RTVM gave them permission to edit the said video and put their logo on it. They claimed ownership of the said video. I want this document which gave them permission to edit and lay ownership to the said video. Salamat po.

Dear Reagan Senoron,

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with the document you are requesting because it does not exist. 

RTVM is mandated to document all of the President’s engagements and activities for media consumption. So meaning to say, media organizations can use our videos and lay ownership to it as long as they make the proper courtesy to RTVM. 

If you want, we can give you a copy of the said video. Once given, please give the proper courtesy to RTVM. Just provide us your email address so we can get in touch.
