I would like to request digital copies of the Dissemination Procedure for the Dissemination Core Process (RTV-PR-014) and the four Work Instructions for Video Editing (RTV-MPD-WI-001), News Writing and Transcription (RTV-MPD-WI-002), Web Uploading (RTV-MPD-WI-003) and Reproduction and Dubbing (RTV-MPD-WI-004).

This is the same request I lodged last year. For reference, the tracking number was #RTVM-065488873562.

Good afternoon, Mr. Howard

First of all, we would like to apologize for the late reply on your request.

As stated in your previous request, RTVM is still undergoing the process of Quality Management System (QMS) for the Agency's ISO Certification. The documents you are requesting  are currently under revision and are still subject for approval. The core processes and work procedures of RTVM are not yet final and implemented on the basis of the ISO guidelines.

RTVM wants to make sure that the agency is compliant with the ISO certification to ensure quality and reliability of information.

We assure you that once finalized and approved, we will sent it to you right away via the email address you provided in your contact information.
