I am respectfully requesting a certified true copy of the voluntary statement of Leona Luisa Abad Andersen given on April 22, 2023 to the Subic Bay Authority Intelligence & Investigation Office c/o Edward P Manaligod, Investigator on Case which is basis for the Incident Report subsequently prepared by Mr. Manaligod. We have a copy of the Incident Report furnished to undersigned counsel by Ms. Andersen but there is no accompanying voluntary statement.

I need the voluntary statement of Ms.  Andersen.
