2) If no NOA and NTP were issued yet, what's the reason behind it?

3) Will the SC decision affect other locators in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, specifically Global Group of Companies? If yes, how?

Your FOI request is approved. The Status of the information you requested is as follows;
Item1.  SBMA Board of Directors just recently formed a Task Force to handle negotiations with Harbour Centre Port Terminal, Inc., as of to date, the Task Force has yet to conclude its Task.
Item 2-4. Falls under Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2, particularly (1. information covered by Executive Privilege)
