Dear Sir / Ma'am: 

	The SBWRB is currently in the process of reviewing Subicwater's 2023 Petition for Water Tariff Adjustment for the Freeport and Olongapo City. Also, we are looking into SW’s proposed Business Plan for Yrs. 2024 to 2027, which includes therein the management and operation of the water facilities of the old Hanjin area in Subic, now acquired by Agila Subic Inc. 
	In this regard, may may we request for a copy of MOA and/or Lease Agreement between the SBMA and Agila Subic Inc. so that we may be apprised of the possible extent of SW’s operations to the said facility.
