Dear Sir/Madam: Would like to request copy of Master Lease Agreement between SBMA and Subic Enerzone Corp. dated June 29, 2005 duly notarized by Atty. Lilia Elizabeth R. Hinanay as Doc. No. 224, Page No. 46, Book No. I, series of 2005 consisting of 17, 331 sqm located at Block B CBD Area, SBFZ. To be used Basis for the veracity of documents in preparation for the upcoming condo. pre-selling by A&S Subic Inc. "Subic Riviera Hotel and Residences"
Please be noted that Subic Enerzone Corp. has Assigned a portion of 3,000 sqm of the said leased property to A&S Subic Inc dated November 19, 2007.
