We are currently in the process of reviewing the contract of lease for Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA). or In Building Solution of DITO Telecommunity Corporation (DITO) located at Ayala Mall Harbor Point and we require supplementary documents to proceed with the review. In order to ensure compliance and move forward with the lease contract, we kindly request the board to pass a resolution approving the submission of the necessary supplementary documents.

Purpose:
Board Resolution serve as supplementary document needed for reference of DITO Legal to review the contract
